70g butter / coconut oil
2 eggs, size M (preferably organic)
Dark chocolate

preparation

1. Melt the fat of your choice in a pot and let it cool.

2. Add the Keto bar "VitalCoco" baking mix and 2 eggs and stir into a homogeneous mixture.

3. Form bars and bake in the preheated oven at 180°C (convection) for 12-15 minutes.

4. Let the bars cool, melt dark chocolate & dip the finished bars into the liquid chocolate.

6. Chill briefly in the refrigerator, let cool, and enjoy!
