refund policy
1. The buyer has the option to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The costs of return shipment are to be borne by the buyer, unless the return is due to defective or damaged goods.
2. Cancellation of the purchase must be made in writing. To do so, send an email to info@ketoreto.at within 14 days of purchase.
3. Exclusion of the right of withdrawal: Some items are completely excluded from return. Perishable goods such as food, newspapers & magazines, hygiene products or goods made to customer specifications are not covered by the right of return.
4. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, which must be enclosed with the shipment.
5. The return package must be sent as a prepaid parcel. Keep the postage receipt.
6. Once we have received and inspected your return, we will inform you of the next steps in the refund process. After inspection and approval, a credit will be processed on your credit card or original method of payment. If you have not received a refund yet, please first check your bank account, or contact your bank or credit card company. It may take some time for your refund to appear. If you have done all of this and still have not received a refund, please contact us at info@ketoreto.at.
7. Exchanges will only be granted for defective or damaged items. If you would like to exchange an item for the same item, please email us at info@ketoreto.at
