1. Shipping costs
In addition to the prices stated, shipping costs are charged for delivery for each product. The amount of the shipping costs is calculated and displayed based on the delivery address provided and the selected products (number, weight, ...) before the order is completed.
Austria : Standard shipping € 5.90. Free shipping for orders over € 60.00.
Germany : Standard shipping € 7.90. Free shipping for orders over € 80.00.
Rest of the EU : Standard shipping € 21.50. Free shipping for orders over € 120.00.
Switzerland : Standard shipping € 12.00. Free shipping for orders over € 120.00.
Great Britain: Standard shipping € 22.50. Free shipping for orders over € 150.00
Print products : Always free shipping.
2. Delivery time & product availability
If no exact delivery time is specified for the respective product, the goods will be handed over to the shipping service provider no later than 3 working days after ordering. The expected delivery time for available goods depends on the respective delivery address. If delivery is delayed by more than an additional 14 days, both contracting parties have the right to withdraw from the contract by email. In this case, the seller will refund any payments already made by the customer.
Delivery times from handover of goods after 2 working days at the latest:
Austria approx. 2-3 working days
EU approx. 5-8 working days
3. Shipping conditions
Please note that products can only be shipped in household quantities. We reserve the right to cancel large quantities (25kg or more per order). Interested large customers are asked to contact info@ketoreto.at.
