2 eggs, size M (preferably organic)

preparation

1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius (fan-assisted) & line a baking tray with parchment paper.
2. Melt 70g butter/coconut oil in a pot & let it cool slightly.
3. Add the baking mix & 2 eggs, then stir into a homogeneous mixture.
4. Using a spoon, form small macaroons, place them on a baking tray & bake for 10-12 minutes.
5. Let cool & enjoy.
