500g baking mix makes about 2 loaves of 500g each
The finished bread can be stored in the refrigerator for at least 7 - 10 days in a jute bag or tea towel.
Preferably in a place protected from sunlight.
Because of the vitamins, it is also important to store the mixture in a place that is not exposed to light.
Best in the Ketoreto jute bag or in a tea towel in the fridge.
The bread freezes wonderfully. Ideally, cut it into slices and allow the slices to thaw daily.
Two slices (60g) per person are recommended. Of course, you can eat a lot more.

We ask for your understanding if there are any delays.
We ship free of charge for orders over €50.00 in Austria and €70.00 in Germany.

Yes, we also deliver our products to Switzerland.
For orders over 350.00 € we deliver free of charge, for orders below this amount we have to charge you 55.00 € for shipping.
