- 70g butter / coconut oil
- 2 eggs size M (preferably organic quality)
- Dark chocolate

- Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Hot air and line baking tray with baking paper.
- Melt 70g butter/coconut oil in a pan and let cool slightly.
- Add the baking mix & 2 eggs and mix until homogeneous.
- Form bars, place on a baking tray and bake for 12-15 minutes.
- Allow to cool, melt the chocolate and dip the finished bars.
- Place in the fridge briefly and enjoy.
