1. Shipping costs

In addition to the stated prices, shipping costs for delivery are charged for each product. The amount of shipping costs is calculated and displayed based on the delivery address listed and the selected products (number, weight, ...) before the order is completed.
Austria : Standard shipping €4.50. Free shipping for orders over €50.00.
Germany : Standard shipping €5.00. Free shipping for orders over €70.00.
Rest of EU : Standard shipping €21.50. Free shipping for orders over €120.00.
Switzerland : Standard shipping €30.00. Free shipping for orders over €120.00.
UK: Standard delivery €22.50. Free shipping for orders over €150.00
Print products : Always free shipping.
 

2. Delivery time & product availability

If no exact delivery time is specified for the respective product, the goods will be handed over to the shipping service provider no later than 3 working days after the order was placed. The estimated delivery time of available goods depends on the respective delivery address. If delivery is delayed by more than an additional 14 days, both contracting parties have the right to withdraw from the contract by email. The seller will refund any payments the customer may have already made.

Delivery times from delivery of the goods after 2 working days at the latest:
Austria approx. 2-3 working days


EU approx. 5-8 working days

3. Shipping conditions

Please note that products can only be shipped in normal household quantities. We reserve the right to cancel large quantities (from 25kg per order). For interested major customers, please contact info@ketoreto.at.
