2. Withdrawal from the purchase must be made in writing. To do this, send an email to info@ketoreto.at within 14 days of purchase.
3. Exclusion of the right of withdrawal: Some items are completely excluded from return. Perishable goods such as food, newspapers and magazines, hygiene products or goods made to customer specifications are not covered by the right of return.
4. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase to be included with the shipment.
5. The return package must be sent as a prepaid package. Keep the delivery receipt.
6. When we have received and inspected your return, we will inform you about the next steps for the refund. Once reviewed and approved, a credit will be issued to your credit card or original payment method. If you have not yet received a refund, first check your bank account or contact your bank or credit card company. It may take some time for your refund to be credited. If you have done all of this and still have not received a refund, please contact us at info@ketoreto.at.
7. Exchanges will only be granted for defective or damaged items. If you would like to exchange an item for the same item, send us an email to info@ketoreto.at
